Types of mustard and their benefits

The mustard plant is from plant species Brassica and Sinapis in the family Brassicaceae (the mustard family). Mustard seed is widely and mainly used as a spice all over the world. Grinding and mixing the seeds with water, vinegar, or other liquids creates the yellow condiment known as prepared mustard. Types of Mustard:
